Joining and membership
How can I join the Gym!?
- Register in the client portal. Make a payment.
- Download the Gym Latvija application from the App Store or Google Play (the application supports Android version 10 or later and iOS version 16.6 or later).
- Log in to the application using the email and password you entered during the registration process.
What kind of memberships are available?
- Lifestyle membership – a membership with a year-long binding period and monthly payments.
- 365 Day membership – a year-long membership with a single payment made upfront.
- Trial training membership – valid for 3 consecutive calendar days.
What is the Lifestyle membership?
The membership begins on the day of concluding the contract and ends after 12 months at the end of the respective month if the contract is terminated in the client portal. Otherwise, the contract continues to be in effect indefinitely. During the contract period monthly payments must be made.
What is the 365 Day membership?
The membership begins on the start date chosen by the member at the time of registration and automatically ends exactly one year later.
What is the Trial training membership?
Trial training three-day workout membership is valid for three consecutive calendar days. After the membership term ends, it does not continue automatically. You can purchase this an unlimited number of times.
Can you visit the gym with a single pass?
Gym! Daugava provides a one-time visit option at the price of €6.95. To use it, make a contactless payment on the device at the entrance gate of the sports club.
How can I terminate my Lifestyle membership?
According to the contract terms, there is a 12-month commitment period during which mandatory monthly payments must be made.
After the 12-month period ends, the membership will automatically continue without a new commitment period (open-ended). To terminate it, go to the “Contract Details” section in the Client Portal and select the “End Contract” option. The membership will end on the last day of the current month (after all payment obligations are fulfilled).
It is possible to terminate the contract early (before the end of the 12-month period) by paying a contract termination fee of €57. To do this, send a message about early termination from the email address provided during registration to info@gymlatvija.lv. After receiving confirmation, you will be able to terminate the subscription contract in the “Contract Details” section of the Client Portal by selecting “End Contract”. The subscription will end on the last day of the current month (after all payment obligations are fulfilled).
What happens if the membership payments are not followed?
If the payments specified in the contract are not made, you will receive informative reminders. After a certain period, the outstanding debt will be transferred for enforced debt collection. Access to the sports club will be blocked until the payment is made.
Is it possible to take a payment holiday or temporarily suspend the contract?
In order to provide the most affordable price, we do not offer payment holidays or contract suspension.
Can I share my membership?
The membership is personalised. Sharing your access code is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this prohibition, Gym Latvija has the right to ask the member to leave the sports club, to impose a contractual penalty of €57, to block the member’s access code, to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, to permanently prohibit the member from visiting the sports club.
Can I transfer my membership?
Transferring the contract/membership is not possible.
How often can I visit the gym per day?
Up to three times a day.
Can I visit all Gym! clubs on my membership plan?
Can I use my Gym! account in several devices?
The Gym! account can only be used on a single device. For security reasons, an account that has been logged into from multiple devices will be blocked until further clarification. If your account is blocked, please contact info@gymlatvija.lv to have it unblocked.
Payments and invoices
How can I pay?
You can only pay with a bank card. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted. Payments are made through the payment step in the client portal. Payment must be made remotely using a personal device.
What to Do If the Payment Fails?
- Log in to the client portal, go to the Payments section. Find the relevant invoice in the section and select Pay. Make the payment.
- Check the payment card settings or contact a bank consultant.
- If the problem is not resolved, please contact us by email at info@gymlatvija.lv.
Can I pay in cash?
No. You can only pay with a bank card.
How to use a discount code?
A discount code can be used only once – during the membership registration. To use the code, enter the code in the section I have a discount code in the client portal during registration. The system will automatically apply a price reduction or a free membership period.
Where can I find past invoices?
All invoices are available in the Documents section of the client portal. A confirmation of payment made in the client portal will be sent to your email
Where can I find the details of my contract in the client portal?
The details of the contract are in the Contract Details section in the client portal.
How to replace credit card for payment?
To replace an expired or lost payment card, log in to the client portal and add your new card. Once the new card is added, you can delete the old card from the client portal.
Gym opening hours and visits
At what time are the gyms open?
The gyms are open 24/7, except for Gym! Daugava, whose opening hours depend on the Daugavas vieglatlētikas manēža schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00–22:00, Saturday 8:00–22:00, Sunday 10:00–20:00.
Do the gyms have an age limit?
Yes. The minimum age requirement is 15 years of age. For persons under 18 years of age, only the legal guardian of the member is entitled to sign a contract on behalf of the member. The legal guardian is fully responsible for the fulfillment of the member’s contractual obligations.
What is a self-service gym?
In self-service gyms, there is no service counter or staff in the traditional sense. Knowledgeable trainers are regularly available on the premises to help. Access control and safety are monitored remotely. Necessary products can be purchased in self-service vending machines – drinks, energy bars, padlocks, and other items. Membership payments are made online.
Do the clubs offer group workouts?
Our gyms do not offer group workouts; please consider the services of our personal trainers. LINK
Can I use the services of a personal trainer at the club?
Yes. The profiles of our personal trainers are available on our website and on the information boards in the clubs. To book an appointment and learn about prices, please contact the trainer you like directly.
Is it allowed to provide trainer services?
At Gym! clubs, workouts with personal trainers can only be provided by the contractual trainers of the Gym! clubs. Members are not allowed to provide trainers services to third parties in the sports club without the written consent of Gym Latvija. Only certified trainers can become Gym! trainers. You can apply by sending an e-mail to pt@gymlatvija.lv.
When are you going to open new gyms?

Why do I need a personal padlock and where can I get one?
You need a personal padlock to secure your locker in the locker room. You can purchase a padlock from a Gym! vending machine or bring one with you.
What should I do if the padlock does not open or I have lost my key?
If the Gym! has a trainer present, then they can help cut the padlock open. If there are no trainers, please press the G4S emergency call button at the club or call 1899 on the phone. G4S security guards will come and open the locker.
Who should I contact if I have lost something at the gym?
Check the lost items box or ask a trainer, cleaner at the gym.
Access
How to enter, exit the club?
- Open the Gym Latvija app. Press My QR-code and choose the Club you plan to visit.
- Place your mobile device under the scanner attached to the entrance gate of the club and scan the QR code.
- At the signal, push the gate forward to enter the club.
- Enjoy your workout!
- When you leave, press the EXIT button on the gate (never use the service door next to the gate).
What should I do in the case of a medical incident?
In the case of a medical incident or an accident, please call 112 to alert the emergency services. To open the security door, please call 1899 or press the G4S emergency call button at the club, and the security personnel will open the door remotely. The exterior service doors next to the turnstiles mark the designated entry points for the rescue team.

Do you sell gift cards?
No, we currently do not sell gift cards.
Do you have a sauna?
Gym! operates 24/7. To ensure maximum safety and hygienic environment, sauna services are not available.
Can I use dry and liquid anti-slip elements?
Yes, as long as they do not damage the equipment or pollute the premises. Any anti-slip elements that damage the equipment or pollute the premises are prohibited. In case of a violation, Gym Latvija reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty of €57.
